| Responsibilities: | -Communicate regularly and work closely with business units to ensure alignment on projects and overall service delivery. -Contribute to IT projects by ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhering to internal processes and standards, including IT security protocols. -Participate in all phases of the ERP project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, user training, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. -Collaborate with software architects, vendors, team members, and business stakeholders to coordinate efforts and deliver projects efficiently. -Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues while proactively preventing escalations. -Stay updated on emerging trends, industry disruptions, and innovative technologies to support and enhance business objectives. |
